The Wisps are lost, blown through the dimensions from their forest home to the clanging hollow of the human world. Help the Wisps by exploring nearby; finding the perfect human objects to adopt as their new home and searching under sofas and behind bookshelves for their missing friends. Talk to each Wisp in turn, gaining their trust and helping them find an object in our world.

Powered by multimodal LLMs, the Wisps see the objects and places you show to them, responding with conversation and clues specific to your time and space. Characters and interactions are designed to be light-touch, an almost believable touch of magic sprinkled into the everyday world.

Storytelling is a skill, and only a few people have the confidence to command a room, but everyone has hidden stories to tell. Life Stories can be used anytime, anywhere, recording moments and memories that would otherwise be lost.

Parabrain is a highly accessible, low/no code visual node editor, designed from the ground-up for the design of agentic interfaces. Nodes are functional blocks, connected to one-another to allow data and application control to flow, enabling the construction of complex, multi LLM powered agent brains.

Parabrain was used to construct and deliver the brains for both the characters in >Wisp World and the Interviewer for >Life Stories.

Powered by AI but driven by you, a conversation with Wol explores unique new learning pathways every time. From discussions about the complex workings of forest mycelium, to stories of growing up as an owlet, Wol loves to entertain and inform, spreading knowledge about their home among the towering redwoods.

Produced as a collaboration between Liquid City, Niantic, 8th Wall, Inworld and Meta, the project was built with Inworld's conversational AI models and leveraged 8th Wall's webAR capabilities to provide smooth deployment to XR and mobile devices via browser.

Wol was visited over 150,000 times on Meta Quest and won a Webby for >Best Use of AR in 2024.

With the whole world about to discover ChatGPT in 2022, we set out to explore the possibilities of AI combined with XR, and sketch out a new vision for how we could interact with computers and each other.

Agents is a short film that suggests a fresh, intuitive mental model for spatial computing. It imagines that all of our apps and button based interfaces have evolved into animate spirits, from personal assistants, to dating agents and local guides that haunt real world locations.

An interactive installation in partnership with Niantic, demonstrating a future vision for the Real-World Metaverse, the experience was installed at Niantic's first developer conference, the Lightship Summit 2022, in San Francisco.

Reality Channels is a prototype of that future, showing a slice of the Real-World Metaverse overlaid on a conference setting. Visitors downloaded an app and then altered their realities by switching between different reality channels that were useful, beautiful and seamlessly meshed with reality.

The world of the Overbeasts lies layered as a parallel dimension over our own. The Overbeast app allows players to become researchers, walking among the strange and beautiful trees and glimpsing powerful creatures stalking past buildings that they must help win daily bouts against rival states in a bid to become the Ultimate Overbeast.

Underlying Overbeast's spectacle and rivalry lies an ethos of shared care and responsibility for the environment. Everything in the Overworld is connected, from tiny mites, to trees to mighty Overbeasts - success in the game relies on understanding how to work together to nurture an ecosystem.
